For any digital/downloadable content purchased online, the withdrawal period of 14 days will expire after you purchase such digital content or when you start downloading the content for the first time, whichever is sooner.

So, please be aware that as soon as you've had access to the product, either via download or by any other means, it is in effect and non-refundable.
